First XV

The Team

Play competitive rugby within the IGR and in the Ron Luckock cup. We also host regular friendly matches with other rugby teams within the WRU.

Development Team

Learn rugby from scratch with the help of our coaching team. We have friendly matches against other Development teams to play the game without the pressure of league games.

Training

Get fit and ready. Wether you want to play rugby or just want to work out. We train twice a week mixing cardio, strength conditioning, rugby skills. And of course, lots of fun with touch rugby

Socials

Our club organises various social events throughout the year, Drag Bingo, Pride events, hikes, sports days... come along and join the fun!
